The main investment objective of the compartment “CIFC Senior Secured Corporate Loan (Lux) Fund” (for the purposes of this Supplement Nr.1, the “Compartment”) is to seek attractive current income and principal preservation. The Compartment focuses on investing in performing US Dollar denominated senior secured corporate loans (“SSCLs”) of U.S., Canadian, U.K. and European corporations in the primary and secondary markets that offer attractive risk-adjusted returns.
