The objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek long-term capital growth by combining different assets without geographical nor currency constraints. To achieve its investment objective, and under normal conditions, the Sub-Fund will mainly invest in: Bonds, including fixed or floating rates, zero-coupons, government, convertible bonds, treasury or corporate bonds without limits of duration or grade, assimilated transferable securities and Money Market Instruments, with a minimum of 20% and up to 80% maximum of its net asset; Equities and equity-linked instruments, and in assimilated transferable securities, up to 80% maximum of its net asset; The Sub-Fund may secondarily invest in: ETCs, provided that there is no embedded derivatives as per the meaning of article 10 of the Grand Ducal Regulation of 8 February 2008; Cocos, up to 15% maximum of its net asset.
