The Investment Manager intends to reach the investment objective by diversifying the investments in regulated and unregulated pooled diversified investment vehicles ("Target Funds") which predominantly gain exposure to equity markets of Greater China. For the purposes of this Sub-fund, Greater China shall be deemed to include China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The Investment Manager aims to invest in Target Funds which utilise such "hedge fund" -like strategies as Long/Short strategies where the downside risk is aimed to be reduced with short exposure while trying to preserve the potential upside with long positions.
