The Bloomberg Barclays USA Government Credit 1-3 Year (the "Benchmark") is used for performance comparison and for internal risk monitoring purposes. The Investment Manager will attempt to keep the duration of the Sub-Fund’s portfolio substantially equal to the duration of the Benchmark. Bond issuers represented in the portfolio of the Sub-Fund will generally be similar to those of the Benchmark but their weightings are expected to differ materially. In addition, the Investment Manager has discretion to select issuers that are not part of the Benchmark universe. The Sub-Fund’s holdings are therefore expected to deviate from the Benchmark. The Sub-Fund’s objective is to seek an annual rate of total return, before fund expenses, greater than the annual rate of total return of the Benchmark.
