Bachem Annual General Meeting 2025

All proposals of the Board of Directors approved.Dividend of CHF 0,85 per share. Bachem Holding AG (“Bachem”, SIX: BANB) announced today that its Annual General Meeting 2025 has approved all proposals of the Board of Directors. A total of 79.7% of the 74‘977‘940 eligible shares were present.The Annual General Meeting approved a dividend of CHF 0.85 per share. The dividend will be paid on May 7, 2025. The last trading day entitling to receive the dividend is May 2, 2025. As of May 5, 2025, the shares will be traded ex-dividend.Both the Chairman and the other members of the Board of Directors were re-elected for a further year. Dr. Simone Wyss Fedele was elected as a new member of the Board. The existing members of the Compensation Committee were also re-elected for a further year.The shareholders approved the annual report, the financial statements of Bachem Holding AG, the consolidated financial statements for the business year 2024, as well as the appropriation of retained earnings and reserves from capital contributions and the total amount of the annual compensation paid to the Board of Directors and to the Corporate Executive Committee.
