The investment objective of passively managed Funds will be to seek to provide the Shareholder with a Target Performance linked to the performance of a Reference Index or Reference Asset by directly or indirectly purchasing a portfolio of Transferable Securities that may (but is not obliged to) comprise all or a representative sample of the constituent securities of that Reference Index or Reference Asset.
