The Fund is to seek to track the performance of United Kingdom based companies which focus on Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") considerations and which would specifically exclude companies involved in nuclear power, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, military weapons, civilian firearms and genetically modified organisms. The investment policy of the Fund is to seek to track the performance of the MSCI UK IMI Extended SRI Low Carbon Select 5% Issuer Capped Index.
