This Fund seeks to track the performance of the Index. The Fund employs a “passive management” – or indexing – investment approach, through physical acquisition of securities, designed to track the performance of the Index. The Fund will invest in a portfolio of equity securities of companies located in developed markets of the Asia Pacific region, including Japan.
