At least two thirds of the investment universe underlying the target funds comprises companies which are domiciled in or conduct the bulk of their business activities in the USA, or which are contained in the benchmark specified in the appendix. Investments in fund-of-funds units are expressly prohibited. The fund management company may also invest up to 20% of the subfund’s total assets in: – equities and equity-type securities and rights (shares, dividend-right certificates, shares in cooperatives, participation certificates and the like) of companies which are domiciled or carry out the bulk of their business activities in the USA or which are contained in the benchmark specified in the appendix; – futures on US equity indices.
