So investiert der Indosuez Alternatives Investments SA SICAV-RAIF Co-Investment Real Assets Loan Fund C Acc Fonds: The Sub-Fund will mainly invest into a diversified portfolio of senior, real-assets secured, floating-rate loan financings. The targeted loans will be real asset-based financings alongside Crédit Agricole group entities as co-lender and notably Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (“CA-CIB”). The Sub-Fund can also invest on an ancillary basis in senior corporate loans granted to European real estate companies (the “Corporate loans”), debt instruments issued by European listed real estate investment trusts (the “Debt instruments”) and also in short-term financing granted to private markets funds to bridge-finance their investments before the investor contributions are received (the “Equity Bridge Financing”).The Equity Bridge Financing will generally not be secured by real assets.
