The Fund is a long-only fund which invests in companies across all market capitalisations and all market sectors. The Fund will seek to invest in companies referred to as “Compounders”. “Compounders” are companies that are able to reinvest cash flows at high returns over long periods of time. They have pricing power (ie, an increase in the price of the product/service will generally not result in an equal decrease in demand) and have low capital intensity (ie, a low level of fixed or real capital costs when compared to other costs, eg labour).
