Aareal Bank finances prime logistics portfolio in Poland and Germany for Hillwood Aareal Bank is pleased to announce the successful closing of a €368.19 million cross-border loan with Hillwood. This transaction involves a high-quality portfolio of 18 assets strategically located in Poland and Germany – five in Germany and 13 in Poland. Hillwood is a global leader in commercial real estate with 30 years of experience across Europe and North America, specializing in the development and management of logistics and industrial properties. The green loan has been structured in line with Aareal’s Green Loan Framework, underlining its commitment to sustainability. All properties have either achieved or target BREEAM or DGNB certifications, reflecting the portfolio's outstanding quality and Hillwood’s dedication to ESG principles.
