Corporate News HMS Bergbau AG: Successful increase of the 2025/2030 corporate bond by EUR 20 million Berlin, 06 November 2025: HMS Bergbau AG (ISIN: DE0006061104, WKN: 606110), a leading independent commodities trading and marketing company from Germany, has increased its existing 10.0% 2025/2030 bond (ISIN DE000A4DFTU1 / WKN A4DFTU) by EUR 20 million to a total of EUR 70 million as part of an institutional private placement. The placement was executed close to the current market price. The additional funds will primarily be used to expand the trading business and to further strengthen the liquid fuels segment, which HMS Bergbau AG has recently developed significantly. The positive feedback from investors and the rapid increase in our existing bond reflect the capital market’s confidence in our growth strategy. The additional proceeds from the issue will enable us to continue implementing our growth strategy consistently and give us even greater flexibility to seize opportunities in the market as they arise.” The transaction was accompanied by Montega Markets GmbH (tied agent of Wolfgang Steubing AG Wertpapierdienstleister) as Sole Lead Manager and Sole Bookrunner.
