New investors expected at fox e-mobility AG - capital increase of up to €7.3 million for production of the MIA 2.0 fully functional concept car by September 2026. Düsseldorf, 16 September 2025 fox e-mobility AG, the German electric vehicle manufacturer listed on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange (ISIN DE000A40ZV71), yesterday announced a capital increase of up to €7.3 million https://fox-em.com/newsfeed/adhoc/1187943311/ and published the corresponding securities information sheet (in German) on its website at https://fox-em.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/WpPG_fox_e_mobility_AG_WIB_Reinfassung_mit_JA.pdf The public subscription offer (in German) published today in the Federal Gazette and on the fox e-mobility AG website gives fox e-mobility AG shareholders the right to subscribe for 10 new shares for each existing share at a price of €1.00 per share. https://fox-em.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Bundesanzeiger-Bezugsangebot.pdf Quirin Privatbank AG https://www.quirinprivatbank.de/kapitalmarktgeschaeft/corporate-finance is the accompanying investment bank. The company expects that, given the current share price performance, there will be strong interest from shareholders in exercising their subscription rights. The company also expects demand from qualified investors who, after the expiration of the subscription period for existing shareholders, will be able to subscribe to the remaining shares in a private placement during a three-day subscription period from 2 till 7 October 2025. 80% of the proceeds from the capital increase will be used primarily for MIA 2.0 vehicle development with the presentation of the first fully functional MIA 2.0 concept car in September 2026 and preparation for series production thereafter.
