SB Financial Completes Acquisition Of Marblehead Bancorp
(RTTNews) - SB Financial Group, Inc. (SBFG, RBNF), the parent company of The State Bank and Trust Company, has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Marblehead Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of The Marblehead Bank of Marblehead, Ohio.
Under the terms of the merger agreement, Marblehead Bancorp was merged into SB Financial, and The Marblehead Bank was integrated into The State Bank and Trust Company.
Shareholders of Marblehead Bancorp received $196.31 in cash per share, with the total transaction valued at approximately $5.0 million.
SBFG is currently trading at $20.13, down 0.59 percent or $0.12 on the Nasdaq.
