The Portfolio seeks to increase the value of your investment over time through capital growth. In actively managing the Portfolio, the Investment Manager employs a combination of top-down and bottom-up investment processes to select equity securities that it believes offer superior long-term growth characteristics. The Investment Manager seeks to invest in “disruptive” innovation leaders, which are companies that the Investment Manager believes are at the forefront of global innovation in their respective industries. The Investment Manager expects the Portfolio to be region and sector agnostic, although the Investment Manager’s focus on disruptive innovation leaders may result in a high concentration of investment in one or more regions or industries.
