The investment objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to companies in the developed market countries of the Asia Pacific region, excluding Japan, that are weighted according to their quality characteristics and pay dividends higher than average. The fund is a passively managed exchange traded fund ("ETF") that aims to track the performance of the FTSE Developed Asia Pacific ex Japan All Cap ex CW ex TC ex REITS Dividend Growth with Quality Net Tax Index (the "Index") subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund.
