The investment objective of the Fund is to provide a long/short exposure to a broad base of futures contracts on physical commodities. In order to achieve this investment objective, the Fund will seek to track the performance of the Barclays Backwardation Tilt Alpha Capped ex-Precious Metals 1. 75x TR Index (the “Index”), subject to the deduction of the TER and other expenses associated with operating the Fund.
