The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Underlying Asset, which is the FTSE US Treasury Short Duration Index (the “Reference Index”). The Reference Index reflects the performance of short duration sovereign debt issued by the U.S. Government. The Reference Index includes sovereign debt issued by the U.S. Government that meet specific maturity and liquidity requirements.
