The Portfolio Manager, in accordance with the terms of the Portfolio Management Agreement, shall be obliged to use all reasonable endeavours, in the course of carrying out such obligations, to achieve the investment strategy that it deems fit to maximise the total returns achieved by the Portfolio deploying cash tactically and strategically as part of its dynamic allocation. The Portfolio’s exposure may opportunistically invest in equities, exchange traded funds, fixed income, options, as well as utilize margin, currencies, futures, forwards, commodities and metals opportunistically. The Portfolio Manager will explore and invest across multiple regions globally, including, but not limited to North America, Europe, Australasia, Far East (EAFE), and emerging markets.
