The security is an open-ended, exchange traded certificate denominated in Euro (EUR). The product’s objective is to provide a daily return that synthetically tracks the performance of the price of Internet Hedera (HBAR) in USD (underlying asset), less a management fee component (this fee is currently set to 1.9%) and adjusted for the change in the USD/EUR exchange rate. The value of the security is based on a calculation of an arithmetic average of the last paid prices of Hedera (HBAR) in USD on relevant, eligible cryptocurrency exchanges (reference sources) as determined by the calculation agent.
