The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to provide income and capital growth over the life of the Sub-Fund. The Sub-Fund aims to generate positive total returns over a period of 3 years, beginning at the end of the Initial Offer Period or Additional Subscription Period, whichever is the later (the “Principal Investment Period”) by investing in a diversified portfolio, primarily consisting of capital structures from senior secured to subordinated bonds. The majority of securities acquired by the Sub-Fund will have an expected effective maturity of up to 3 years, measured from the start of the Principal Investment Period. The Sub-Fund will invest at least 80% of its Net Asset Value in fixed and floating rate corporate or government bonds listed or traded on recognised markets globally.
