The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to achieve long-term capital appreciation with lower volatility relative to the broader equity markets and substantially less correlation to traditional asset classes over a full market cycle. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by pursuing various uncorrelated strategies, which for these purposes the Investment Managers consider to be systematic strategies that seek to profit from persistent behavioral and/or structural anomalies or other factors and which are developed by the Investment Managers and/or their affiliates or which are sourced from third-party broker-dealers.
