Anlageziel Lightrock Evergreen Fund SICAV (USD) A Fonds

The AIF invests its assets primarily directly or indirectly in minority growth investments, buyout and/or late-stage target funds and/or hold, directly or indirectly, minority growth investments, buyout and/or late-stage portfolio companies which aim to have long-term sustainable social and/or environmental impact (hereinafter: "Portfolio Investments"). However, initially after the launch of the AIF the AIFM may invest substantially all assets of the AIF in the Lightrock Growth Fund I S.A., SICAV-RAIF - Lightrock Global Fund, Luxembourg. The target jurisdictions of the AIF's investments respectively the investments of the target funds of the AIF include, but are not limited to, Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Mexico), India, European countries (EEA and non EU), USA and Israel.
