This Fund is a feeder fund for Pictet TR - Diversified Alpha (the “Master Fund”) in which it will invest at least 85% of its net assets. In addition, the Fund may also invest up to 15% of its assets in • Liquidities on an ancillary basis. • Derivative financial instruments for hedging purposes. The Fund may use derivative financial instruments for the purposes of hedging in relation to its reference index, the MSCI World index. In this way, derivative instruments will be used to expose the Fund to global equities, for example, by concluding swaps contracts exchanging the performance of global equities for monetary rates. This exposure will amount to around 100% of its assets.
