This Sub-Fund established for an unspecified period has the goal of achieving the growth of its Net Asset Value over a medium term period, in accordance with the principle of risk spreading. The long-term return target is EONIA (Euro Overnight Index Average) + 250 bps per year. The main source of the return will result from the asset allocation decisions. The global approach of the Sub-Fund is to be flexible, i.e. that the Investment Manager will principally and dynamically allocate asset classes in a portfolio composed of: equities, bonds and convertible bonds (with a maximum of 30% in non-investment grade bonds and convertible bonds), money market instruments, cash and cash equivalents.
