The Sub-Fund may invest without limitation in the United States of America and does not target a specific allocation to an industry sector or geographical region; however, owing to the overall concentrated nature of the portfolio the Investment Manager may at times have a bias towards some sectors and geographies over others. To achieve the Sub-Fund's investment objective or for liquidity management purposes, up to 20% of the NAV of the Fund may be invested in money market instruments or other transferable securities not meeting the above requirements.
