The Sub-Fund will seek to hold the majority of its positions in the securities of issuers that are listed in European countries, or have their principal activities in European countries, or are organised under the laws of such countries or derive a significant portion of their earnings from such countries. The Sub-Fund may also invest in the securities of issuers of other countries.
