The Sub-Fund promotes environmental and social characteristics and limits investments to companies that follow good governance practices, but does not have Sustainable Investment as its objective. The Sub-Fund incorporates ESG criteria into the selection of its holdings and applies a proprietary measure of ESG sustainability value by company and industry to identify positive impact companies and to exclude lower ranked companies and industries in constructing the Sub-Fund’s portfolio. The Sub-Fund will invest its assets in accordance with the ESG policy, which requires that a minimum of 80% of the Sub-Fund’s assets must be used to attain the environmental or social characteristics promoted by the Sub-Fund.
