There can be no assurance that the Sub-Fund will achieve its investment objective. To achieve this objective, the Sub-Fund will invest in various asset classes with a view to maintain an overall approximate balance between the risk exposure to equity and debt instruments. Subject to the investment restrictions specified in Appendix 1 to the Investment Conditions, the Sub-Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing in equity and fixed income securities and instruments as well as in other securities, as further described below under Permitted Investments & Techniques. In addition, the Sub-Fund may be (indirectly) exposed to the economic risks of assets classes such as commodities, insurance-linked securities, hedge funds, private equity or real estate. The Sub-Fund does not pursue a specific sectoral focus.
