The Sub-Fund will mainly invest in:(i) in equity securities from international companies listed on a stock exchange or traded on worldwide international Regulated Markets or on the way to be listed and (ii) in government and corporate transferable fixed income securities and floating rate notes, Eurobonds and convertible bonds, and Money Market Instruments rated at least “investment grade” by Moody’s and Standard and Poors (minimum Baa3/ BBB-).
