Exchange Income To Acquire TerraPro

(RTTNews) - Exchange Income Corp. (EIF.TO), a diversified acquisition-oriented company, on Monday announced an agreement to acquire TerraPro Inc. for $30 million through a plan of arrangement.

The acquisition is expected to close in early fourth quarter 2026.

The purchase price will be funded through the issuance of up to $4 million in EIC common shares to its shareholders, with the remaining amount financed through EIC's credit facility.

The acquisition will expand EIC's Environmental Access Solutions business and strengthen its Canadian access-matting capabilities.

TerraPro will be integrated with EIC's Canadian operations and will continue to serve customers across Western Canada.

On Friday, Exchange Income closed trading 2.50% lesser at CAD 127.78 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
