Online MBA Today Publishes Ranking of Top 25 Online MBA in Sports Management Programs
HOUSTON, March 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Comprehensive guide to online MBA programs, Online MBA Today (http://www.onlinembatoday.com/) has published a new ranking of the 25 Best Online MBA in Sports Management Programs (https://www.onlinembatoday.com/rankings/best-sports-management-mba/).
For this ranking, approximately 470 online and hybrid MBA programs were evaluated to determine whether or not the program offered a good business management foundation along with an extended offering of courses focused on sports management. Each program was then ranked according to the following four factors: 1) its estimated online MBA tuition cost; 2) whether or not it has regional and business accreditation; 3) its estimated early career salary; and 4) its prestige. This data was gathered from the most recent and publicly available sources, including the National Center for Education Statistics, PayScale's 2016-2017 College Salary Report, US News and World Report's Online MBA Ranking, the Princeton Review's Online MBA Ranking, the Financial Times' Global Online MBA Ranking, and Quacquarelli Symonds' Distance Online MBA Ranking. All data was gathered for each online MBA program, weighted equally at 25%, and then was averaged to find the ranking order for the top online MBA programs in sports management.
Placing first in this ranking is University of Massachusetts Amherst Isenberg School of Management in Amherst, Massachusetts.
