Leonteq AG / Key word(s): Miscellaneous PRESS RELEASE | INFORMATION ON LEONTEQ'S SHAREHOLDER BASE Zurich, 17 August 2026 | Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR Leonteq AG announced today that the sale by Raiffeisen Switzerland of its 22.7% stake in the company to H21 Macro Limited and four private investors has been completed. Leonteq has been notified by Rainer-Marc Frey, Freienbach, Switzerland, that he indirectly, through H21 Macro Limited, holds 4,313,340 shares, representing 23.3% of the outstanding shares of Leonteq. Raiffeisen now holds 1,294,996 shares, representing 7.0% of the outstanding shares of Leonteq. Leonteq has further been informed by Rainer-Marc Frey and four private investors that the shareholder group established for the purpose of closing the transaction has been dissolved following its completion. Following the closing of this transaction, a virtual Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened on 21 September 2026. The invitation, including the agenda items, will be published shortly.
