(RTTNews) - XPeng (XPEV) reported a net loss attributable to ordinary shareholders of RMB 1.34 billion for the second quarter of 2026, compared with a loss of RMB 0.48 billion for the same period of 2025. Basic and diluted net loss per American depositary share were both RMB 1.40 compared to a loss of RMB 0.50. Non-GAAP net loss attributable to ordinary shareholders was RMB 1.24 billion for the second quarter of 2026, compared with a loss of RMB 0.39 billion for the same period of 2025. Non-GAAP basic and diluted net loss per ADS were both RMB 1.29 compared to a loss of RMB 0.41.

Total revenues were RMB 19.74 billion for the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 8.0% from the same period of 2025. Revenues from vehicle sales were RMB 17.05 billion, representing an increase of 1.0% from the same period of 2025. Total deliveries of vehicles were 103,295, representing an increase of 0.1% from 103,181 in the corresponding period of 2025.

For the third quarter, the company expects: deliveries of vehicles to be between 115,000 and 121,000, and total revenues to be between RMB 21.7 billion and RMB 23.4 billion.

XPeng announced Dogotix, a subsidiary of the company, entered into a share purchase agreement with, among others, certain subscribers, pursuant to which such subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe for certain shares to be newly issued by Dogotix Inc. at an aggregate purchase price of $900 million.

In pre-market trading on NYSE, XPeng shares are down 3.04 percent to $11.82.
