The Fund seeks to achieve capital appreciation by investing principally (at least 80%) in equity securities issued by companies in emerging markets. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objectives by investing in a portfolio of listed equity and equity-related securities of emerging markets companies that will be listed or traded on Regulated Markets.
