The Portfolio Manager, in accordance with the terms of the Portfolio Management Agreement, shall be obliged to use all reasonable endeavours, in the course of carrying out such obligations, to seek superior risk-adjusted returns by pursuing a global equity strategy that combines in the Portfolio investments in companies with attractive valuations and attractive cash flow generations with covered calls sold with the objective of generating extra returns and reducing volatility. The Portfolio Manager will have the advice of Mr. Joaquin Garibay to conduct its Investment Objective.
