In seeking to achieve the Sub--Fund will invest primarily in open-ended regulated and non-regulated collective investment schemes which may be located in any jurisdiction including, but not limited to, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Dublin, British Virgin Islands, Luxembourg and the Bahamas. A regulated collective investment scheme is an open-ended collective investment scheme authorised in Ireland, or in another jurisdiction authorised by a supervisory authority set up in order to ensure the protection of unitholders and which, in the opinion of the Central Bank of Ireland, provides an equivalent level of investor protection as that provided under Irish laws, regulations and conditions governing collective investment schemes.
