The Company announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2)R, that Elizabeth McMeikan, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of DFS Furniture plc with immediate effect and will succeed as Chair in 2027.
