Advanced Blockchain AG postpones publication of annual financial statements and date of Annual General Meeting

Berlin, June 30, 2025 - Advanced Blockchain AG ("ABAG", Scale Frankfurt, Primary Market Düsseldorf, XETRA: ISIN DE000A0M93V6), a leading incubator and investor in the blockchain industry, informs that the publication of the annual financial statements of its German entity Advanced Blockchain AG for the financial year 2024 will be postponed. The audited statements are expected to be published within the coming weeks. As a result, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will also be rescheduled accordingly and will not take place on August 19, 2025, as originally planned. The new date will be announced shortly.

The postponement is due to the still ongoing audit of the financial statements of the Cypriot subsidiary Incredulous Labs Ltd. Despite initiating audits and processes at an early stage, delays have occurred in the local audit process. These delays are mainly due to additional regulatory requirements and prolonged coordination processes between the involved auditors and entities. Once the annual financial statements of the Cypriot subsidiary are available, the financial review for fiscal years 2021 to 2024 and the forensic analysis will be completed. Those Cyprus audits will also be published on the company’s website.              

“The decision to postpone the publication was not taken lightly. However, it is indispensable for ensuring reliable and comprehensive reporting. We are working intensively to complete the financial statements as swiftly as possible. The company will inform the capital market about the new date of the Annual General Meeting and the exact publication date of the financial statements as soon as these have been determined.
